Incompetence and Palatability

The concept of Intentional Incompetence/Palatable Deniability is a form of manipulation, where individuals or organizations deliberately employ incompetence to mask their true intentions or actions. By intentionally hiring people who are less competent or mentally unfit, they create a situation where the inevitable mistakes or poor decisions appear to be the result of natural human error, rather than a deliberate strategy. This allows those in power to maintain plausible deniability, claiming that any negative outcomes were unintended consequences rather than premeditated.

This approach is closely tied to the idea of Palatable Deniability, where the person or group responsible for orchestrating these actions maintains a public image of innocence. Since the incompetence of their hires appears to be genuine, any backlash or inquiry can be deflected as unfortunate but understandable human error, making the public or investigative bodies more willing to forgive or overlook the situation.

The second part, involving the use of deep post-hypnotic suggestions, adds a more sinister psychological layer. Here, individuals are conditioned or programmed to perform actions, including violence, that go against their self-interest or moral compass. This allows the actual perpetrators, who planted these suggestions, to deflect blame onto the victims of mind control. In such cases, the manipulated individuals appear to be acting of their own free will, making it much harder to trace responsibility back to those who orchestrated the behavior.

This combination of incompetence and psychological manipulation creates a nearly impenetrable shield for those in power, allowing them to exploit and control situations without appearing to do so. The resulting ambiguity in blame and responsibility helps them avoid accountability while achieving their objectives.
